I. Purpose and Focus
Queerly Qualified is designed to empower, connect, and support LGBTQ business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals. While our focus is on the LGBTQ community, we believe in the power of diverse perspectives and welcome all who share our values and commitment to inclusivity, equality, and respect.
II. Membership Categories
LGBTQ Community Members: Open to individuals who identify as part of the LGBTQ community and are engaged in business, entrepreneurship, or professional activities.
Allies and Supporters: Open to individuals who, while they may not identify as part of the LGBTQ community, actively support LGBTQ rights, inclusivity, and the mission of Queerly Qualified.
Organizations and Partners: Open to businesses, non-profits, and other entities that align with the values and goals of Queerly Qualified.
III. General Criteria
All members must:
a. Agree to comply with Queerly Qualified's policies, including the Anti-Harassment Policy and DEI Statement.
b. Demonstrate a commitment to the values of inclusivity, equality, and respect.
c. Engage with the community in a positive and constructive manner.
IV. Application Process
Prospective members must complete an application form, providing relevant information to determine eligibility.
Applications will be reviewed by Queerly Qualified to ensure alignment with membership criteria.
Queerly Qualified reserves the right to approve or deny membership based on the criteria outlined above.
V. Membership Tiers and Benefits

VI. Non-Discrimination
Queerly Qualified does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or any other legally protected status.
VII. Queerly Qualified Membership Criteria
- Eligibility: Membership is open to LGBTQ professionals, entrepreneurs, allies, and organizations that support LGBTQ inclusivity and empowerment. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Code of Conduct: Members must adhere to a respectful and inclusive code of conduct, promoting a positive and supportive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Membership Tiers and Benefits: Different membership tiers may offer varying benefits, such as access to exclusive content, workshops, networking events, etc. Members must adhere to the terms and conditions associated with their specific membership tier.
- Payment and Renewal: If applicable, membership fees must be paid in accordance with the selected membership tier. Members will be notified of upcoming renewals and are responsible for keeping their payment information up to date.
- Privacy and Confidentiality: Members must respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members and the information shared within the community. Sharing personal or sensitive information outside the community without consent is prohibited.
- Community Engagement: Members are encouraged to actively participate in community discussions, events, and collaborations. Spamming, self-promotion without context, or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
- Intellectual Property: Members must respect the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary information.
- Conflict Resolution: Any conflicts or concerns should be reported to the community administrators for resolution. Members are expected to cooperate with any investigations or resolutions.
- Termination and Suspension: Membership may be suspended or terminated for violations of these rules or any other behavior deemed detrimental to the community. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled according to the specific terms and conditions of the membership.
- Changes to Rules: Queerly Qualified reserves the right to update or modify these rules at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes and are responsible for staying informed.
